They call it "activating a large withdrawal channel" — a classic move designed to squeeze more money out of victims instead of actually letting them get their funds back.

Other folks in the thread were quick to confirm it's obviously a scam. User PeePeeePooPoooh pointed out that the domain was registered on June 9 of this year — just three months ago, which is a telltale sign of a hit-and-run scam project.
