This Terms of Service (hereinafter – "Agreement") is a legally binding document governing the terms of access and use of the SCAMNOT.ME website/platform (hereinafter – "Platform", "Service", "We", "Administration").

By using the Service in any way and from any device, You (hereinafter – "User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference).

If you do not agree with at least one provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Service. Use of the Service by persons under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited.

1. Platform Status and Disclaimer of Auditor Functions

SCAMNOT.ME is an information platform that provides users with the opportunity to publish user content (hereinafter – "UC") in the form of reviews, reports, and ratings regarding third-party web projects and crypto wallets.

1.2. The Administration does not conduct independent legal, financial, or forensic audits of third-party resources. Any technical verification of data provided by users is of an exclusively auxiliary nature.

1.3. Any statuses, labels, ratings, or conclusions posted on the Platform (including those assigned algorithmically or based on user opinion) are not absolute truth, a legal verdict, or a guarantee of security. They reflect solely the subjective opinion of the report authors.

1.4. The User acknowledges that the information on SCAMNOT.ME is merely one of the analytical tools and does not replace their own verification of reliability. The User makes all financial decisions at their own risk.

2. Registration and Account Security

2.1. Creating an account is required to use the extended functionality. Providing personal data is not mandatory; providing an email address is voluntary.

2.2. By creating an account, You guarantee that you are at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity.

2.3. You bear exclusive responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any action taken using your account is deemed to be taken by you. The Administration is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account unless you have notified us in advance in writing.

3. User Content and Moderation

3.1. The Administration does not publish reports automatically. Publication is carried out after pre-moderation, provided there is objective evidence (screenshots, videos, cryptocurrency transaction hashes, links, etc.).

3.2. The author of the report bears sole responsibility for its content. SCAMNOT.ME is not the author, publisher, or co-author of user content and is not obligated to conduct an independent investigation into the accuracy of the provided evidence.

3.3. By posting content, You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal rights to distribute it;
• The material does not contain defamation, insults, or unlawful discrediting of third parties;
• The publication of materials protected by third-party copyrights is carried out exclusively within the framework of the fair use doctrine to the extent justified by the purpose of providing evidence.

3.4. By posting UC on the Platform, You grant SCAMNOT.ME a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, publicly display, adapt (including to conceal personal data), and distribute it worldwide until the content is deleted by the Administration.

4. Prohibited Actions

4.1. Violating applicable laws and norms of international law.

4.2. Publishing knowingly false information, falsified evidence (including forging screenshots or transactions) aimed at the unlawful discrediting of third-party projects or individuals.

4.3. Publishing other people's personal data (full names, addresses, passport data, private phone numbers) without their direct consent. The report must be focused on evidence of fraud, not on privacy violations.

4.4. Posting content that violates the law (defamation, racism, fraud, threats, pornography, promotion of violence, etc.).

4.5. Parsing (scraping), copying, or systematically collecting Platform data by any automated means.

4.6. Creating artificial load on the servers (DDoS attacks, brute-forcing, sending an excessive number of requests), disrupting the stable operation of the Service.

4.7. Using the logos and trademarks of SCAMNOT.ME or third parties without the written consent of the rights holders.

4.8. Posting spam, irrelevant information, commercial advertising, or mentions of competitors of the evaluated platform.

5. Copyright Protection (DMCA)

If you believe that your copyright-protected material has been posted on the Platform without your consent, you must send a notice of infringement to: [listed on the "Contacts" page]. The notice must strictly comply with the requirements of applicable law (including the requirements of Section 512(c) of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act / DMCA). The Administration reserves the right to remove or block access to the disputed content at its discretion without prior notice to the author of the report.

6. Procedure for Considering Information Removal Requests

6.1. Any person mentioned in a report may send a reasoned request for the removal of information to the Administration's email address.

6.2. SCAMNOT.ME does not act as an arbitrator in disputes between users and third parties. The Administration reserves the right to reject a removal request if the report is accompanied by objective evidence, the accuracy of which has not been refuted by the applicant.

6.3. If, as a result of a check, the Administration detects signs of falsification of evidence or a false report, such report will be deleted, and the offender's account may be blocked without the possibility of recovery.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Administration fully disclaims all express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2. The information on the Platform is for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, an offer to buy/sell financial assets, cryptocurrencies, or services.

7.3. The Administration does not guarantee the error-free, complete, or up-to-date nature of the provided data, nor uninterrupted and secure access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration, its founders, employees, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages, or lost profits.

8.2. This includes, but is not limited to: losses arising from reliance on information on the Service; any financial losses resulting from interaction with third-party resources mentioned on the Platform; data loss; or disruption of the User's devices.

8.3. The User bears sole responsibility for any risks associated with the use of information posted on the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Administration of SCAMNOT.ME, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damage, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your violation of any provision of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, and business reputation rights) when publishing your content.

10. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by the Administration. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with these resources. The Administration is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, or security of third-party sites. Interaction with them is carried out at your own risk.

11. Modification and Termination of Service

11.1. The Administration reserves the exclusive right to change, modify, suspend, or completely terminate the operation of the Service (or its individual functions) at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

11.2. The Administration bears no obligations to Users or third parties in connection with such actions.
