A stranger approached him with a tempting offer: to teach him how to trade perpetual contracts. To do this, he needed to buy Solana and transfer it to Trust Wallet, and then deposit it into an account created on the TrustDProcess website. Fortunately, the author of the post suspected something was off and transferred only $50, but decided to ask the community whether this was a scam.

The commenter's responses were unanimous. According to user UpbeatFix7299, the stranger fully controls this website and now owns the author's money, luring him with promises of easy profits. User CIAMom420 confirmed that any funds sent to this platform will disappear forever. User IdeaFrequent4358 gave some excellent advice for the future: in crypto, you should assume that everything is a scam until proven otherwise. The fact that a Google search turns up no information about the website is itself the main proof of fraud.

User veyrnox broke down the situation in detail. According to him, the step-by-step instructions (buying crypto on an exchange → transferring to a personal wallet → depositing into a third-party website) are a classic pattern of fake investment platforms. He strongly advised never to connect other wallets, never sign transactions on this website, and to save all transfer IDs, links, and chat screenshots to file a report with the cyber police.

User East-Map-3094 went as far as classifying the situation as a classic pig butchering scheme and urged the author to block the scammer immediately, since everything he says is a lie. User Ibdreddog-2025 added to this, explaining that scammers typically show fake profits on the screen to lull the victim into a false sense of security and get them to invest more. Once a large amount accumulates in the balance, they simply block the account, and the money disappears. Often, it's not even humans on the other side of the screen talking to the victim, but AI bots imitating real conversation.
