This created the illusion of the project's legitimacy and when new deposits were allegedly required to fix "system errors", the user continued paying, eventually losing around $4,000.

In an update to the post, user Even-Slide3952 reported that they got incredibly lucky — they managed to get their money back. They quickly reached out to Binance's customer support, providing transaction hashes and proof that the scammers had transferred the stolen funds to a wallet on the exchange. According to Even-Slide3952, Binance froze the scammers' account and helped make things right. However, the author warns that this is an extremely rare case and urges victims to preserve all evidence and immediately contact the police and financial regulators.
