Users are complaining about Tokportal, a service that sells ready-made TikTok accounts and offers content management services. User Aggravating_War1320 wrote that he used the platform for two months, but the accounts they provide turn out to be blocked when trying to log in. According to him, support completely ignores emails, and if you cancel your subscription, access to your personal dashboard gets blocked — while they keep charging your card anyway. The video editing quality turned out to be low, and views never exceeded 140.
User Hungry_Advance_8074 confirmed these problems. He bought an Australian account that turned out to be shadowbanned — the very first video he uploaded got zero views. Support also ignored his four emails over an entire week. User Useful-Wear-8056 added that zero views on the first video is a clear sign that the account has been shadowbanned from the very start.
The service's co-founder, going by the username ConversationNo5085, tried to justify himself in the comments. According to him, the login problems arise from TikTok's security being triggered when authorizing from a new IP address, not from a ban. He stated that the post's author was refunded, and that dashboard access is blocked only for late payments, not for subscription cancellations. However, the post's author disagrees: he insists that the accounts were indeed blocked by the platform, and that support never resolved the issue, continuing to charge money for a service that doesn't work.
