$16,000 Blocked and Data Leaked: How the Crypto Casino Shuffle Withholds Players Winnings

On the BitcoinTalk forum, user YuriWhyy reported an ongoing three-month incident involving the crypto casino Shuffle. According to him, after making a $10,000 deposit and placing a successful $600 bet on the Zeus vs Hades slot machine—which yielded $8,160—the platform blocked the withdrawal of the total amount of $16,000. When the thread author tried to find out the reason for the delay in the chat, he was banned from both customer support and the public feed. Meanwhile, his account was switched to "deposit-only" mode, allowing him to top up his balance and play, but stripping him of the right to withdraw funds.

According to YuriWhyy, the casino administration demanded that he undergo the KYC procedure twice. Despite his identity being successfully verified, the money was never paid out. Later, the author discovered that his personal documents had been leaked online as a result of a data breach at the casino. As a solution to the problem, support suggested he "just create a new account" and forget about the lost funds.

Community members tried to help resolve the conflict. According to users Pmalek and logfiles, the victim should reach out to independent casino dispute resolution platforms, as Shuffle's support is more responsive there. They provided links to the casino's profiles on CasinoGuru and AskGamblers for filing complaints. According to user Zwei, an effective step would be to send a direct message to the casino owner via his forum profile, as he has previously responded to similar accusations.
