On the BitcoinTalk forum, user black29 accused the crypto casino Shuffle of confiscating $44,000 and blocking the account without providing evidence. According to user black29, the incident began after losing access to two-factor authentication. The platform requested a repeat of the KYC procedure, and although the user provided all the documents, support went silent for two weeks. Ultimately, the casino notified the user of the permanent closure of the account and the cancellation of the balance, citing clauses in the rules about "game exploitation" but refused to provide technical logs. Out of the total amount of $44,000, about $10,000 was the initial deposit in Solana (139.99 SOL), which the casino also refuses to return.
Initially, forum members criticized the author for an aggressive tone and failure to comply with the complaint formatting rules. However, after the user provided evidence in the proper format, the community's attitude changed. According to user The Cryptovator, when ignored by a casino, one should turn to independent mediators such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru. According to user GxSTxV, official Shuffle representatives have not been active on the forum for a long time, so the author was advised to hire a lawyer and contact management directly.
According to users bone777 and KosmoKisa, even if the casino suspects a player of unfair play, withholding an initial deposit of $10,000 is absolutely unacceptable without providing ironclad evidence. Users note that support ignoring users during serious financial disputes is a dangerous pattern that puts all player's funds at risk. As of now, the dispute has been ongoing since mid-July 2026, and the platform continues to completely ignore requests from both the victim and the BitcoinTalk community.
