When support finally responded, they admitted they couldn't resolve the issue and promised to return the 100 USDT to his wallet. However, it has been over three weeks, and the funds have not arrived. Every subsequent inquiry to support is now met with the same automated replies stating that they "don't know" and "cannot provide a timeframe" for the refund.

The situation is compounded by the exchange actively covering its tracks. The author reports that when he went to their official Telegram channel to publicly ask the admins for clarification, he was instantly banned. This is how KCEX simply gets rid of unhappy customers so that other users don't see complaints and continue to deposit money into the platform.
