Users are massively complaining about the crypto exchange KCEX, leaving hundreds of angry reviews about scams on Trustpilot. People write that the exchange lures them in with generous sign-up bonuses and low fees, but as soon as it comes to withdrawing funds, a real nightmare begins.

According to users, as soon as they try to withdraw their profits or even their initial deposit, their accounts are suddenly blocked. The exchange cites the triggering of the "risk control" system or a violation of rules, but provides no specific explanations, calling this information "confidential". For example, user Omar Idris wrote that after his account was frozen, they simply deducted over 2500 USDT from him, leaving only a fraction of the amount. User Giovanni Landini reported that the exchange froze his account, constantly pushed back the verification deadlines, and ultimately simply deducted 813 USDT from his balance, accusing him of "abnormal activity".

Others complain of outright extortion. User VICESDREAMS shared that the exchange demanded a 100 USDT advance payment from him for the "recovery" of a stuck XRP deposit. After two months of waiting, support admitted they had done nothing and promised to return the advance, but the money was never transferred. And when he tried to figure out the situation in the official KCEX Telegram channel, he was instantly banned to hide customer dissatisfaction.

Many investors also fell for the hook with referral and new user bonuses. User Mohammad Kaif wrote that he fulfilled all the conditions to receive a $500 bonus and even deposited more than $2000 into the account, but the reward was never issued. Support brushes him off with template responses about the same "risk control" and refuses to provide explanations. User A.S. noted that the exchange tried to charge him a 47 USDT fee just for returning tokens that they had mistakenly sent to him in the first place.

You should be extremely careful with Trustpilot reviews that suddenly mention fund recovery services (like RossTexlp, Luven'Securities or aegisrecourse). These are so-called recovery scammers who promise to return lost money for an upfront fee, but in reality leave the victims with nothing. The reviews strongly advise staying away from KCEX, as the exchange behaves like a classic scam platform that appropriates its clients' money with impunity.
