User jr2033 reported that the cryptocurrency exchange BitMart has been blocking fund withdrawals for over two weeks. According to them, a withdrawal request for 1,979 USDT made on July 27 is stuck in pending — the system doesn't even generate a transaction hash (TXID). The author tried withdrawing through different networks (Polygon, Solana, TRON, ERC20), but all attempts end in an error and the money simply returns to the balance. Even a test withdrawal of 500 USDT failed in 21 seconds. The user is certain that this is not a technical glitch, but an outright scam, as support completely ignores support tickets and Telegram messages. In total, they have $5,250 stuck on the platform.
In the comments, it became clear that the issue is widespread. According to user FunManagement1607, their $24,000 is stuck on the exchange. User shizenhousen writes that they have been unable to withdraw their $8,000 for 15 days, and support remains silent. User DSnook214 also faced frozen transactions without a TXID. Meanwhile, user One-Amphibian-6783 claims that there are millions of dollars frozen on the platform.
Some users were slightly more fortunate. According to user StockNovice85, their $1,200 withdrawal request has been pending for two weeks, whereas a smaller withdrawal of $90 did go through, albeit with a one-week delay. User pepsi190 shared that the exchange attempted to freeze their crypto, and they had to send in bank statements and property documents to prove the legitimacy of the funds and get them back. Together, the users came to a grim conclusion: the exchange is either experiencing massive liquidity issues or is simply scamming its customers, so it is best to stay far away from it.
