The scammers create the illusion of a temporary technical glitch or high server load so that people keep depositing funds, while the platform simply holds onto their money. Meanwhile, customer support does absolutely nothing, fobbing users off with excuses to stall for as long as possible.

In the comments, other users confirm that they lost their money. According to user Late_Background5823, they were never able to get back the $100 they invested. User Over-Watch-284 shared that they deposited 300 USDT following advice from ChatGPT, but still couldn't get a card issued — the system constantly asks to wait. The support team turned out to be just another bot that has been promising for weeks to connect them with a live agent, while the screen just displays the message "Waiting for an operator".

User tmrobaba added that they deposited $500, and now the system throws an error whenever they try to top up. They noted that the service had been working perfectly fine for the previous three months, making the scam even more unexpected. It gives the impression that the platform operated legitimately right up until it collected a sufficient amount of deposits from trusting customers, after which it simply disabled the functionality to withdraw and use the funds.
