Black Rabbit — Delays and Non-Payments Confirmed by Traders

In the Black Rabbit thread on the Bits.Media forum, a number of complaints have been recorded regarding non-payments and the blocking of accounts with pending withdrawals. According to user Zoidberg, the service processed withdrawals for the first two days, but when he attempted to withdraw $1,500, constant excuses began. Meanwhile, the bot continued accepting payments, and the balance grew by another $900, after which the user deemed the situation a scam and contacted the directory administrators where the service was listed, but received no response. A service representative under the nickname br_tech later stated that the client approached them "disguised as a legitimate project," while payments received to the details contained memos about prohibited substances, after which the service terminated cooperation. Zoidberg called this an excuse, stating that $3,000 was stolen from him, and the payment details continued to be used even after his personal account was blocked.

User VIOLAMYR also stated that they do not recommend using the platform where Black Rabbit was found, pointing out the administration's refusal to remove the link to the scam and their unwillingness to resolve the issue. Later, limbo_123 described a similar scheme: small withdrawals went through, then the service raised the commission to 19% (while the website stated 4–15%), started delaying processing times, and after inquiries, blacklisted the user and did not pay out approximately $4,000, while simultaneously not disabling API access and payment details. Another user under the nickname ghjy reported that after five days of operation, they requested a withdrawal of $401; the service promised to complete it by the morning, but ultimately blocked the account and stopped responding. Sometime later, Sportmedialive confirmed the pattern: after two days of work, upon requesting a withdrawal of $896, support promised to process it within three hours, but then disappeared and did not return the funds. At the same time, the user emphasized that the "payments were completely clean".

The official Black Rabbit website positions the service as a high-risk payment processor with cascading routing and multi-currency support. However, in public sources and on forums, complaints about non-payments and account blocks upon withdrawal attempts prevail, which collectively indicates a high risk of working with this payment processor.
