I stumbled upon XMRS and decided to check out what kind of beast this is. Sharing my findings — everyone can draw their own conclusions.

The storefront proudly displays a loud "No KYC." We open their own terms of service — and what do we see? Clause 7: "AML/KYC Policy." In other words, you can go without KYC exactly until the moment the exchanger itself decides otherwise.

The logic from there is simple: you sent coins → the exchange gets "frozen" under the pretext of AML → to unlock it, they ask you to hand over your personal data to who knows whom. Moreover, this outfit is not registered anywhere. The scheme suspiciously resembles a way to legally take someone else's crypto under the guise of fighting money laundering.
Reddit — an empty profile. X — dead. For a service that supposedly lives and operates, this picture is, to put it mildly, strange. Real exchangers show at least some pulse on social media.
All the reviews were written within a narrow window — from January 10 to March 1, 2025. Nothing before, nothing after. Two months of activity and complete silence. A live stream of clients doesn't behave this way, but an ordered batch of "satisfied users" certainly does.
Fake "No KYC" + zero legal transparency + inflated reviews = a complete set of red flags. My verdict: treat XMRS with maximum caution, or better yet — just walk on by. Your coins are worth more than any experiments.
