They advised posting complaints daily on every possible platform, sending a letter directly to the exchange's legal department, and filing a criminal complaint for fraud and theft with local authorities in Spain. They added that even if it costs $50,000 to $100,000 in lawyers and private investigators, it is better than losing the entire amount.
