The main organizer of the scheme actively convinces clients of its legitimacy, even inviting them to visit their office in New York. However, when asked to provide a registration number with the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission), he comes up with numerous excuses. The platform is completely fake, and any funds transferred there will be impossible to recover.

According to user cyjjs4915, in this case, the victim of the scam was her boyfriend. It is worth noting that he had previously lost $1 million in a classic "pig butchering" scam, where the communication with the victim was carried out by someone posing as an attractive Asian girl. Now he has fallen into a new trap, and the author of the post hopes her words will warn other users and save them from similar financial losses.
